The complete journey

Every stage, with or without interaction.

The steps below remain available as page content. Use the stage explorer above if you want to focus on one hand-off.

  1. Client and studio

    Request

Capture the requested change and the outcome the client needs.

A work item with its scope and current status.

  2. Studio

    Estimate

The studio estimates the work in story points and shares the proposed scope.

An estimate the client can review.

  3. Client

    Approve

The client reviews and approves or rejects the estimate.

A traceable decision tied to the estimate.

  4. Developer

    Deliver

The team tracks the approved work through delivery.

Progress linked to the original scope.

  5. Client

    Sign off

The client records whether the completed work is accepted.

A sign-off record for the work item.

  6. Studio

    Settle

The studio invoices the client. Developer earnings move through their own payable and payout records.

Separate records for client invoice settlement and developer payout settlement.
